All right, for those of you who still haven't figured it out, there is no red liquorice. "Red liquorice" is just jelly candy made to look like red spiral liquorice candy. The ones you have been eating is just jelly candy. There is no liquorice in it. Liquorice candy is only available as black. Any other is just jelly.

Love liquorice, especially the tea flavored with it, gets rid of sore throats fast and tastes delicious.
