To breed to create new generations and for the human race to survive.
My goal of life to grow up, fuck a girl, and have a child.
I'd say a goal that everyone has (or should have) in life is to enjoy said life. The means to the objective are yours to choose.

Life doesn't have any goals. But if you sit around doing nothing all the time people yell at you and call you a bum, so I prefer to keep myself busy.
be the best person you can be, make something new, do something new, make a mark in the world, stick with your friends, enjoy yourself.
Spread your seed, fertilize bitches.
avoid human race
No, really, i think its just having fun. Doesnt matter how.
So if reproduction is the meaning of life... do Asexuals and homosexuals have no meaning to life?
I got properly thinking about this after watching the Matrix first time around. When Agent Smith's interrogating Morpheus he states that the meaning of life is to die. Given that all organisms eventually expire this does seem to be quite accurate.
But thinking it through a bit further, it seems like a really long-winded way to go about it. Why bother with living in the first place if you're going to wind up dead anyway? It's not very logical. What about arbitrarily changing life's "meaning" to living?
Any species which isn't genetically hard-wired to stay alive would obviously die out within a single generation, which is pointless and illogical, so we can say that the meaning of life is to survive.
But, as many know, being under constant stress is not enjoyable. Having the constant worry of predators, competition for resources, food and shelter is stressful, and can result in conditions where death may be favourable. Which is again illogical.
So we can further define the meaning of life as "to live", as in experiencing life to it's fullest.
Experiences provide a number of benefits, like an increased skill set, better ability to predict consequences, etc. which improves survival chances, again tying in with our arbitrary definition. As humans, we seem to enjoy experiences and developing our skill sets.
So, if life has a meaning, I'd state it as "to live (both literally and metaphorically)".
Several people in this thread have put forward procreation as a meaning of life. On face value, this ties in with being genetically inclined to live, and biologically speaking this makes sense, but I think it's far too simplistic a goal. The human race needs to perpetuate itself as humans are co-dependant, and so need a society to survive. One way to perpetuate this society is through reproduction. However, this obviously has it's limits, such as a pandemic or meteor. A better way is direct problem solving, whether shelf stacking or street sweeping or curing diseases or engineering tools. And to problem solve effectively, a good skill set is required, which comes back to "living".
To find inner peace.
Goal of life is to do whatever you want to do. Make your own goals.
Upon this rocky surface tough to find a meaning find a purpose, life is not about material items that you can purchase.
To give her the D.

Meaning and purpose can only be bestowed. You have none unless someone gives it to you. You could give one to yourself but that honestly seems low in legitimacy. Another person could give you a purpose but then aren't you only fulfilling theirs? In which case, where did theirs come from?
In the end the meaning of life, or at least of your life in particular, has the same nature as the origin of everything. An initial, eternal cause or source is required to start the whole thing.
There doesn't seem to be any goal to life I believe...
After all, we are all only made out of matter; molecules, metals, salts... Atoms made out of protons, electrons, neutrons, which themselves are made out of even smaller components, all ending in pure energy.
But.... We have a conscious. How, and more importantly, why?
We think we are something different from inanimate things, the very walls around us for example, or more closely, robots, when really, we are made from the same stuff as everything else...
So is there really a "death"? Is there really a "birth"? We've all been there from the very beginning, the very energy we are made of has had thousands of different forms before.
A "goal" is something man invented. There never has been a true goal to anything, and there probably never will be.
We can explain some things in life, how they work, how they are calculated, but others we can't. Wouldn't that be a paradox? Shouldn't there be a solution to everything? This is what drives the human mind crazy.
But why all these things work, why the laws of physics, or even basic maths work like they do.. it remains, as of now, a mystery. Probably as deep as the reason why your conscious; your very "soul" is in your body, and not the body of someone else...

To finish the story
To reach that level of Divinity where we can finally control when we poop and how long we can hold it in.
If you think, "What is the goal of life?" Then try thinking "If there was one set goal, then everyone would eventually become the same by following the one goal".
