Lecithin (1200 mg), Zinc (50 mg), Pygeum (100 mg), L-arginine (500 mg), also started eating celery. 2 lecithin, 1 zinc, 1 l-argine at 12, 2 lecithin, 1 pygeum in the evening. I also take powdered maca root then but that's just a bonus.

I feel you, gained like 20 pounds on mental health medications after having previously lost a TON of weight. I got a bout of depression and they had to increase it, so the depression + those medications sort of led to a lot of weight increase.
I was at a party last night. First time in a month. I got drunk super early and it was all fun and games till I went over to my crush (she only knew I liked her that day after 2 years of me liking her) and grabbed her ass. She didn't want to talk to me the rest of the evening resulting in me getting super sad and drinking too much alcohol. Today, I feel very depressed. I do think I have mild depression in general, but it's not a daily thing that bothers me. Today though, I feel suicidal and I worry about my crush. I don't party that often and I barely talk to girls as I am ugly and I know it. I've never ever felt like this despite having been drunk so many times before. I don't know what it is, but the normal hangover is just a headache and dizziness. Have any of you guys ever felt super sad / depressed after a night out? I just feel really hopeless etc. and it is so hard to hide it from people near me. I am just curious to know if anyone else have had it like me. I googled it and it said something about it being for alcohol addicts. I only consume alcohol once a month or so.

It's not so much about how much you eat as it is about what you eat and how well you handle it.
I still hold the belief that quantity of food plays no role in obesity. You can have one super caloric meal a day and then just keep filling yourself with water till you go to sleep and tell yourself it's healthy all you want.

If your appetite's fucked up, generally means you've done something to fuck it up. If you're on a balanced diet you're not too likely to develop an issue of that sort.

I'm sorry but you're wrong, quantity of food absolutely plays a role. A "balanced diet" isn't the magic bullet, it's basically a buzzword. I'm saying this as someone who has both gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of weight and looked up the information on how to lose it. I just mentioned how outside influences such as medications and depression can have a negative effect on your appetite. I've lost 5 pounds past couple of weeks because I controlled my food intake and resisted appetite urges.

quantity affects it eventually
i mean lets not bullshit ourselves here, if you eat like 3000 calories a day and you do not exercise you will get fat
Guys.... how can you possibly argue that drinking water instead of eating when you are hungry is good for you. Your body is telling you that it needs food and you aren't listening and you tell yourself that it's good for you.
Please, just eat something. It doesn't have to be a lot. Just a light snack will be fine when hungry.
You do realize the more sugar/simple carbs you consume, you feel hungrier faster than eating food rich in protein/complex/poly/mono fats because your body digests it a lot faster. Also if you're losing fat your body will be in a caloric deficit so eating whenever you're hungry while trying to lose fat is dumb.

Calories have nothing to do with quantity of food.
It's an energy value of the meal, I'm talking about mass.

what are you talking about
the number of calories you take in will affect weightgain and weightloss. i mean if you're fat and you have like slightly less calories than needed to maintain your weight then you will steadily lose weight

Where the fuck are you taking this
The discussion is that drinking water when you're hungry is shit and bad for your health when you drop this gem
if you're fat and you're hungry but you've already eaten the RDA it's probably not a good idea to trust your stomach
I'm saying you should not get into a situation where you have achieved your RDA and still be hungry, if that happens you must have been eating some super caloric shit if that is the case. If you have an appetite problem and need to have something in your mouth nonstop, eat all you want but make sure it's not caloric, like fruits and vegetables.
Eating a bucket of KFC and 5 liters of water daily is not the solution.
I like to act like I'm trying on girl clothes when shopping for girl clothes. I know some people like to be really inconspicuous about it, but I'm like "fuck it" and I'll hope the shirts and pants up to me to see if they'd look good or fit :v:
I hate myself and sometimes I actively do things on purpose to make myself more miserable.
Normally I like cheese specially when it's melted on a sandwich
But I can't stand cheese on lasagna, I just eat it without cheese

You're not taking into account that if you lift and walk/run/sprint, your metabolism will be increased over a 24-36 hour period, and you'll be burning more fat, so even if you eat at your RDA, you'll be in a caloric deficit from lifting and sprints/walking and you'll get hungrier and thirstier faster.

In that case you should absolutely eat as much as you need to to meet your caloric needs and definitely not drink water to satiate hunger.
I just took a half eaten hamburger and a handful of fries and ate them without reheating them.
living the dream
It bothers me that I never feel like I have enough money. I'm making more now than my 18 year-old self said would be enough. But I just feel like I have to keep making more; I need to stockpile to prepare for when the money stops.
