You do realize the more sugar/simple carbs you consume, you feel hungrier faster than eating food rich in protein/complex/poly/mono fats because your body digests it a lot faster. Also if you're losing fat your body will be in a caloric deficit so eating whenever you're hungry while trying to lose fat is dumb.
Yes I know how calories work. As someone else said, that is not the argument. The argument is that drinking water instead of eating is fine. It's not.
In that case you should absolutely eat as much as you need to to meet your caloric needs and definitely not drink water to satiate hunger.
Who said drink water to sate hunger?
Who said drink water to sate hunger?
Page 115 is where it began.
if you wanna talk i wont mind, i sorta get where you are coming from and i'll help if needed my man. pm me if you want to
Thank you man, but I'm good for now. Still depressed, but only therapy can change that I guess.
I consider Baneposting to be modern art.
I drove 6 hours through the night coming back home from an interview (after driving 6 hours to get there). I don't recall most of it and I found 3 energy drinks in my car this morning which I don't remember getting. The only thing I do remember is abusively yelling at a vending machine in an empty rest stop building because it ate my last dollar.
I consider Baneposting to be modern art.
Honestly, I feel this way about Loss and Daily Dose.
I missed the sense of 'adventure' and 'action' that game/movie makers in 90s/early 2000s have. They somehow gave us this feeling of wanting to go for an adventure. Movies like Evolution,Last Action Hero, games like Megaman Legends, Final Fantasy 9, all had those zing. Compared to now, game/movie makers are more focused on cheap emotions/sympathy. "Oh look, he's about to shoot his friend who's turning into a zombie. Be sad now!" " Hey I have a dark/sad past. I don't want to talk about it but lets be all sad about it now" "I'm a woman but I talk and walk like a man because I'm stronk" Old directors seems to be more 'classy' at handling such matters in my opinion. Or maybe the culture as a whole. I just hate the current actors way of trying to look ~edgy
Can't say much for video games but you're definitely watching the wrong movies.
I hate myself and sometimes I actively do things on purpose to make myself more miserable.
I'm secretly a masochist. I always put other people before me and like suffering because I feel like I deserve it. I feel like a bad, dirty person and I should be punished hard enough to take the bad out of me. I still don't know how the fuck did I end up locking myself like that.
Rude.
I actually looked into the matter withe power of Google and found my current level of water consumption is well within healthy limits so I'm just going to disregard drury
There's also the other part of the argument where you might not be eating often enough.
I consider Baneposting to be modern art.
Someday I'm going to submit a minimalist loss painting to a museum and wait for it to garner attention and then sell it for a million dollars and pass it off as representing the duality of man.
anyone have that lasagna post that people keep referring to from here?
I said it already; I eat TOO MUCH.
Too much or too often? There is a difference.
Too much or too often? There is a difference.
I eat too much too often
I'm already going back on my statement about liking non-plain hamburgers. I am so not a veggie person.
I honestly don't trust anyone here to moderate their own subforum. I feel as if a lot of people active enough to mod a subforum are definitely not in the right mindset to carry the same attitude that people like Postal and Craptasket have now.
I eat too much too often
Eat less and even more often.
At some point I stopped having breakfast and later moved lunch to breakfast time. There is probably some sort of negative to doing this.
Im really not liking this new wave of super progressives im seeing everywhere. Im not talking about the ones who are smart about it, im talking about the ones who go "Im outraged by (insert petty instance)! Why aren't you outraged by it!?" The ones who read too far into an event, assume motivations and intentions, blatantly ignore moderates, and have the general with us or against us attitude. Im all for 'progress' but the more I see that word being used the more it feels like a buzzword the armchair activists have clung to.
Back in the days Eugenics (fun stuff such as forced sterilizations) was also considered "progress" by influential people and was partially being put in to practice. Progress is in the eye of the beholder.
i finished deus ex and and currently going through the phoenix wright ace attorney games. anyone got good suggestions of games with good storylines?
If you are enjoying pheonix wright a lot I would definitely recommend the visual novel genre in general as its fucking great. Less gameplay in comparison but it compensates for it in other areas. Would highly recommend the VN Ever 17 its entertaining and interesting for its entire run time and is an excellent showcase for what the genre is capable of. Also must concur on playing ghost trick. It's the only game that can make the line "because that's what doggies do" genuinely badass. Although I have not played it myself I hear great things about witcher 2 and 3. Planescape torment is an all time classic.
i finished the 4th chapter of pheonix wright ace attorney [sp] i feel terrible that maya is gone, i feel so empty about a god damn 2d video game character [/sp]
The third or first?
Whenever I see something negatively written about/towards me, I can feel a very bad tensing in my body almost like a physical feeling of shame.
i might be doing a 10 hour drive to new orleans in 3 months i might even get my drivers license between then and now :v:
I once kissed my sister, I was 6 or 7 and she made me do it.
For some reason it's only when I'm having sex/making out with someone that I bring up totally inconsequential shit. Like the only time I feel like I can ask a girl what all her tattoos mean or where she is moving to is when we are fucking. I'm really bad at dirty talk I guess. :v:
I think that Bisexuals are the alphas of the human race. Biological gender means nothing to them and they literally go for people that have attractive personalities. If everyone was actually bisexual, the world would be a much more equal place. God damn you Bisexuals are your amazingly open-minded lifestyle!

I ran out of mayonnaise, and I was craving some tuna mayo, so instead of using actual mayonnaise, I used some BBQ sauce as a substitute.
