Thanks, guys. Might as well check out Scandinavia or Germany someday.
Entire balkan is utter shit when it comes to living. It's a decent enough place to see things tho
balkans at the adriatic coast is amazing
The fishes are soo good to eat also. A bowl of the fried sand smelt fishes is fucking amazing. My father just adores that stuff.
Fuck you Scands, you don´t have a single burek against us.
Looks good. Can we borrow it?
I would say settle for Australia, that place is like paradise on earth. Great quality of living, same language, nicest people, endless things to see, breath taking fauna/flora. Everything you could wish for in terms of outdoor life and a country bigger than europe. how i just miss that country, it's been 15 years now since i was there on a 3 month holiday and i will never forget how nice it was even tho i was only 9 years old
I voted horrible just to see the results
Netherlands aren't that very amazing
anyone here move from somewhere(preferably USA) to Germany?
im thinking about studying there, so kinda, in a way.
im thinking about studying there, so kinda, in a way.
I wish I could study abroad, I don't think I'd be able to get the funding though
States in their current.. Well, state; are young, yeah. The nation however is thousands of years old with recorded history going all the way from then to now, with bomb-ass castles and old cities and churches and cool shit everywhere. America is all like "Boo hoo, we had slavery and a civil war, are we historic now?" and the answer is no. No you're not.
wow rude
i heard Ukraine's lovely this time of year..
But it is :(
But it is :(
Yesterdays forecast: tires Todays forecast: Russian helicopters [sp]I'm kidding Laserbeams, I never been to Europe and if I could go now, I'd check Ukraine out[/sp]
Come to the Netherlands. If you are above 18 you will get Weed / Alcohol. Cops won't even say anything about the weed. But for real, it is cool here. Go to Amsterdam or Leiden or something. Those places are fun to be .
if you like nice weather, stay the fuck away from Finland
I can vouch this, couple of weeks backwards the day looked like an average spring day: Sun shining and green everywhere. However, next day there was fucking snow everywhere, and the day looked like the first half of a winter. And of course after that became several days of horrible slush weather. Three seasons in less than a week, ladies and gentlemen.
I've only seen snow less than 4 times feels bad man
Snow gets old very very soon
As much as I love Denmark, don't come here. There is literally nothing to see, nothing memorable at least. That and a lot of people here are kind of... nationalistic. You start speaking anything but Danish here and you can see how they judge you in their eyes. And there's a lot of people who are really biased here as well, so... Go to Italy. Nice weather, beautiful scenery, majestic buildings. And Venice!
France is kinda neat if you like historical buildings, castles and stuff. I visited a few myself and it was very inspiring. Be sure to visit with a guide if you can afford it, too, makes it even more worthwhile. Went to Denmark, Sweden and Germany too. They all have beautiful landscapes and rich culture. I've heard great things about Italy and Spain as well, especially from an architectural standpoint.

You could literally pick any place in the Netherlands and it'll be better than Amsterdam.
I wish I could study abroad, I don't think I'd be able to get the funding though
you might be able to seek scholarships or something, dont give up. i know a portuguese guy whom studied at a university in lisabon and he ended up in sweden and now he lives here permanently lol
If you like friendly and optimistic people, nice weather, excellent housing, varied landscapes, good food and low prices; stay the fuck away from England. Oh, i've actualy been to a lot of mainland europe. Germany- All the chips are the same. Go for the sausage. France- Boring. Also the cooking is overrated and food culture is a drag. Italy- Great icecream. The coast is interesting but the centre is rather dull. Denmark- I hope you don't mind slugs. It's like a horror film. There are more slugs than grass blades. Sweden- Denmark V2. Austria- Porn. Amsterdam (the only place i went to in holland) fine city. Didn't bother with the drugs though. Yep. I've been to more but those ones stick out.
Come over here, we got all dem moneys which our neighbours don't have but want lol. Turns out we will eventually stop carrying half of europe on our backs. Anyways, the weather's quite nice during spring and summer and the overall people are friendly aswell. About those chips. What the hell do you even want with chips, we got the best beer over here.

Beer is the worst alcoholic beverage. Other than the stuff prisoners brew in secret.
Beer is the worst alcoholic beverage. Other than the stuff prisoners brew in secret.
Yeah well.. Im seeing that differently lol. Like many others, luckily.
This thread embodies what I love about the internet. All these people from different countries, who will likely never meet eachother, are for a moment friends or maybe even adversaries. Even if it's just ridiculing culture or history, I love reading the interactions here. Wish I had something to add, but I've never been outside of the US.
But outside of the US is the greatest part of the world!
How's the weather on Earth?
maybe i move to germany some day
You can live in my Place for a While, as for Germany its great here 'cept we cant really own Firearms here so easily like in America. If that is a good thing or not? I dont know.
