Look between the Ctrl and Alt key. There is no windows button.
You can't "turn on" something that isn't physically there.
Other than that, it's the best keyboard ever.

Windows Key + one of the arrow keys = windows snap
If you have a multi-monitor setup, then that is the only way you can snap to the monitor edges that aren't on the edges of the monitor block.
