It looks like the ground is wet so you'd think there would be less friction. Either way that still would wear your tires out faster like you said. Though if you can afford a car like that then you could probably afford more tires.

Shape and model, its clearly a 1993 coupe as it's a fifth generation civic and there were only two coupe's in the fifth generation, the EJ1 (EX) and EJ2 (DX), considering what it is I'd go for the EJ1 as they varied slightly from the headlights and wheelbase.
Other than that there is very little way to tell between the EX and DX other than the fact one is the base model (DX) and the other is what you could say high end (EX) with powered windows and shit.
