He covers most of some parts of the game, so you'd probably be able to tell if it's good in your opinion based on reading it.
My personal opinion though, is its not the worst game I've played. I found it pretty funny at some points as well.

Pokemon mechanics is my job.
With zero effort values in hit points, a Magicarp's HP can range from 36 to 42 at level 19.
+12 HP with 252 EVs in HP.
