I fucking hate everything about Avatar.
I've seen Avatar 3 times and it has this stunning impressive effect that makes you go "omg best movie evar" for a day until you realize what you saw.
I didn't care for Avatar, certainly didn't like it as much as everyone liked it.

Pretty much this. Avatar has really good 3D effects, cool-looking spaceships and the pandoran (not-alienish-enough) creatures and plants (that look the same as Earth's plants). Definitely not the best work of Wayne Barlowe in alien creature designing but not really bad.
Apart from that, cliché story you've seen/read a thousand times (Like pretty much a lot of movies out there) and a movie overhyped to death

Avatar was a good movie. Just because it was 90% CGI and some faggot made a comparison to pocahontas doesn't mean it was bad. I mean seriously, most of you guys are bandwagoning like fuck and probably cried like a fat emo on tuesday sausage special when you saw it.
