Nah for me the first one just says your IP is x, your ISP is plusnet. The second one just says your host is plusnet

I don't really know the specifics but I think I have a vague idea:
it's hotlinked to a site that reads your routing information when your computer requests it from the server via this page and responds with a dynamic graphic with information specific to the routing information it received, which it compresses and sends as an image file.
