Been playing since the start, all I remember is that Gmod was on G4TV and after that I immediately started playing. First thing I did was rope a couch to a jeep with balloons on it.

Well back when I was 11 or 12 and didn't know anything about Valve I had occasionally stumbled across what I now know was Gmod video, I recall one where it was a tutorial to build a basic PHX train, being used to console games the freedom to build like that seemed like the best thing ever. So one day I picked up the Orange Box knowing it had something to do with gmod.

At first I was spawning and stacking crates and npcs in Portal, in the parking lot you see at the end of the game. Then I ventured onto gmod 9(since it was free) and after getting hooked purchased gmod 10/11.
