The number says how many times the paper has been folded, thus halfed in size. A1 is A0 folded on itself once, A2 is A0 folded on itself twice, and so forth.
What about paper twice as big as A0

It is "Banana" in Slovene, if you have two bananas you say "banani" and if you have three or more bananas you say "banane"!
