I thought the same thing, but doesn't it make more sense that he commented on the 7th of November at 11:31pm, on a Sunday, and she later killed him and ran away at 3:30am on the next day?
Also, comments have likes, so it couldn't have been last year (at least from what I can recall it was added only a few months ago).
