7. Select Windows Unlocker
8. Enable Paint 438.C

I always used Chrome on my other, shitty PC because it was so fast and light weight.

However, It would always fail to load pages and often I would open a few tabs and they would all load, but if I tried to go on one, it would appear white for several minutes but instantly appear for a split second if I closed the tab.

It causes me to BSOD if I have too many tabs open though.
