That, my friend, is Asteroid 2005 YU55. It's around 400 meters wide and will fly straight by earth on November 8th this year. Don't worry though, this asteroid is actually quite far away from the earth, and won't be hitting us. It would have dire effects if it did however, but as mentioned earlier it wont.
We know it won't hit earth for one reason : NASA themselves have released information about it, if it would hit us it wouldn't be known to the general public, because I'm sure you can agree with me that the effects of such knowledge to us would cause mass hysteria and possibly cause more damage than the asteroid itself could hope to inflict.
