Man, Space marine is jolly good fun, but [sp]THE FUCKING FINAL BOSS IS A QTE[/sp]
well at least space marine isn't like that one forgetable game that showed you would be fighting werewolves in the scary fog and when it came out you were FIGHTING BORING HUMANS BECAUSE OF POLITICAL DIFFERENCES and the two times you come across a fucking werewolf is literally the same goddamn qtes anyways
Last night updated my career sites with my new address, and fixed a few things/added details to sites that had none. Got a call this morning from a recruiter for an entry level .Net position. Call with him went well, and he's forwarding my info to the company. If they like me after 4 months, then I'm hired on full time. Just really nervous cause I have no idea what it's going to be like going into it.
i wish u luck nook :toot:
What I meant to say:
Don't have one? Then say goodbye to your kitchen.
What came out:
TCHEN>DON"T HAVE ONE< THEN SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR KITCHEN>
Anyone able to give any ideas on how it's like working as a programmer in the field?
i don't own that tho it was $60 and i'm not about that
ikr i bought it before they annouced the dlc and shit. emailed them for refund saying i wouldnt have bought the game if i knew about this they told me to fuck off and said i could buy the dlc for "only" 45 dollars
As a player who has been with us for most of a year, you have had the chance to experience a whole season of updates and expansions. Any new players who buy Elite: Dangerous now will not have access to the game until Horizons is launched near the end of 2015. Players who already own Elite: Dangerous now will gain exclusive access to the Cobra Mk IV ship if they purchase Horizons which new players will not be able to own. This is a similar model other companies offer, minus the subscription fees or selling of premium ships (which we don't plan on doing at all). While new customers unlock almost all the content the game has to offer, a long term player has over a years dedicated game time, experience, rank, wealth etc.
fuck off
I love peen.
Wait what!? You have to buy the planetary landings for Elite Dangerous?

Why would you not have bought the game if you had known they were going to continue supporting it with dlc?
Why would you not have bought the game if you had known they were going to continue supporting it with dlc?
o no i'm just very confused i grabbed game on sale and $60 for an expansion is too steep for me rn but then it started downloading an 8GB patch and then svinnik posted that thing about players being locked out until they buy the dlc
Alright, Wii U smash settled. Time to kick all ass as the Ganon cannon.
Yeah, I was just wondering about this:
i bought it before they annouced the dlc and shit. emailed them for refund saying i wouldnt have bought the game if i knew about this
also:
The initial release of Elite: Dangerous doesn't mark the end of development. We intend to continue expanding the game both with new content and new features. A good example of this is planetary landings. We have an ambitious goal for landings to include new gameplay and a rich variety of worlds to explore. To achieve our goal we want the planets to come to life. We also want to add leaving the ships so you can explore space stations or board enemy vessels or even just to look around your own. The main reason for treating these as expansions is so we can approach these with the proper development resources that we require to do them well. We don't plan or desire to just tick a box, we want to make these additions something significant.
do I need to whip out my Bible up in here
do I need to whip out my Bible up in here
Do you even have a bible?
Do you even have a bible?
no of course not
no of course not
To say good or not to say good that is true question.
Yeah, I was just wondering about this: also:
I see this sort of thing all the time with Early Access and Kickstarter games and what that usually means is free updates
