Same. This guy.

For an antagonist you're meant to hate, Saren was pretty epic and actually felt like a good opponent, both story and gameplay wise. He plays the role of somebody you can hate, but still stand in awe of whenever he appears in a scene. He's actually good at being a Villain, unlike the major tease that was this annoying bastard-

Kai-Leng seemed to be shoved into the story simply because there was no other directly fight-able villain. He really evokes no actual emotion, and accomplishes nothing but constant piss offs through the story. He wasn't epic. Just cliche', and annoying as hell. And seriously, the 3rd game would've been better off with literally ANY other antagonist.
Seriously.
Like the only evil thing Kai-Leng ever did was eat Anderson's cereal.

Exactly. That's what makes him a shitty Villain. Villains are supposed to make you hate them. To actually play an antagonistic role to emotionally drive and taunt you, and make you WANT to defeat them.
Kai Leng did some backflips, spouted shitty lines, and appeared at the worst times. He's a villain that makes you hate him, but not for his role in the story. Because of how SHIT he is at being a villain.
Which is why he sucks so badly.
Not really a villain, but Reaver.
Seriously, fuck Reaver.

Some old-school WoW villains that took 40 overly organized man-babies to bring down. T'was some pretty awesome stuff.
Each of these are a unique boss to be fought alone except the three dragons above, out of which 1 was randomly chosen by the computer. (It could have been predicted by the colors of some eggs in the dungeon, but I never figured it out.)

Not favorite nor is it a single villain, but oh well.

The Ghost/Zombie/Demon Pirate Lechuck.

He thought he was doing the right thing and he conveyed that feeling incredibly well. There's so many parallels between him and a renegade Shepard it's not even funny, I know that's what they were going for but it's still awesome how well it was pulled off. I found myself wishing I could have recruited the bastard, yeah he was insane and yeah he was incredibly racist but I still liked him far better than Kaiden or Ashley. And I despised Saren.
The most indirect and accidental villain in any videogame ever:

You take this bastard out first, or he takes YOU out.

They were a great villain and were portrayed very well.
I guess Kain from the LoK series is pretty good.
