Its pretty much your standard mix of Suvs, Big american trucks, sedans, and minivans. You rarely see anything small.

A really shitty picture of my car from 2 years ago. It's currently under a tarp in the driveway because the brake lines are rusted out, and I can't jack it up because the jackpoints are dust.

GTI all the way. I can never get over how Skodas and Seats are just cheaper VWs (and Audis are nicer trimmed and obviously more expensive VWs...) Plus, Skoda does a bit of the fake exhaust tips...
well since nobody mentioned, what about the now toyota C-HR ? Few days i just did a test drive from the toyota dealership (luxury plus one), not gonna lie, i think know what i will buy next. the car is great, while it has a bit of a unique design.
the body looks like another juke but it looks much better, it's not hideous, and quite good looking in fact. i think the most unique part is that, when you sit in the back it feels like you would be sitting in a safe. Why would anyone buy the prius now, when this car has the same technology, and is much better looking, good move toyota, good move..

I like it, but I also hate it.
On one hand, its hideous in a general "Toyota only has weird hideous cars nowadays" kind of way, and on the other, its nice looking just like the Juke, and even more than the Juke, because of how beefed up it looks. It looks like a futuristic army vehicle. It's the only way I can love it. As the kind of vehicle that looks like its great to ram over other smaller vehicles off the road and haul around 5 fully geared shooters.
Next month I'm getting one of these, it's a pretty solid little car with a comfy interior. Can't say I'm a fan of the rear-end though.

It's going to be a breath of fresh air from the '99 Montero that's for sure.
HOLY fucking blindspot on that toyota

They extremely powerful, but were deemed too expensive to run and all retired by 1969. Two of them still exist and some of the fuel tenders have been converted to auxiliary water tenders for UP's steam program.

Toyota made the FT1 concept and stupidly (IMO) announced that all future car will be based spiritually on that car. While its fine when you look at actual sports cars like the gt86, on everything else it's just stupid. Especially the camry, "yes lets take a mundane boring old conservatively styled sedan and MAKE IT ANGRYY RAWRRERRR SPORTS CAR OLD UNCLE MIDLIFE CRISIS Mobile" and "I NEED A HUMONGOUS GRILL TO COOL DOWN MY ENORMOUS 2.0 I4 VVTI ENGINE"

I don't dislike the sportier appearance, but I also don't like it on just about everything. They could have made a few changes and not make it look like that. You know, a middle point between sporty and elegant/boring.
Does anyone even buy crossovers anymore?
Where do you live that nobody buys crossovers? Crossovers are a huge thing in the US, they are making a nice market share for themselves out of people who want the roominess of an SUV for much cheaper (pricetag and gas).
We eventually bought an MB GLC300 about a week and a half ago, we drove the C300 it was based on and we way preferred the GLC. Crossovers are great, so easy to get in and out of (you know).

Then again, it is American

So not satisfied with ripping off the design of the "original" new Mini when the Swift first came out, now they want to pretend they're Mercs from the front?
On a related note, I hate that recent Fords have nicked the trapezoid grill of Aston Martins.

Not any longer. Ford only owns a minor share in Aston Martin.
Ford owned Jaguar, Aston Martin, Land Rover, and Volvo.
planning on getting myself one of these sometime soon

That rear blind spot tho.
thats the EX, which comes with cameras on the side mirrors to eliminate said blind spot
plus, thats worth it for pure sex in car form

I really don't like having to rely on cameras but that's just me.
i think its convenient because this way you dont have to look behind you and risk hitting someone from behind cuz they suddenly braked and you didnt see it
Or, you could, you know, not make huge blindspots on your car.
