Go to my "happy place", however cliche that may seem. A Buddhist temple high up on some faraway, snow-covered mountain peak.
Aim for the jugular
I post picture of elf rape, then dream of rape and murder.
I've been back for like a month now. Anyways, do you have something you want to add to the discussion?
How is 12 days a month? it's just shy of two weeks.
Sketching or Meditation. I recommend you learn to meditate.
I don't worry at all or get stressed out really. I'm always pretty laissez-faire about everything.
Skate, Cry, Draw, Music, Writing, Friends, Break Shit, Drugs, Cut, Various other forms of self inflicted harm
To deal with stress, I take a few deep, deliberate breaths. For anger, I either grab the sword mounted on my wall and run a few fencing jabs or just sit and simmer, imagining all sorts of horrible things happening to whatever is making me angry.

whomever pissed me off will burn in hell
If I'm pissed, there's only one thing that will calm me down: Go to the source of the problem and deal with It using my own hands... And If not possible, swear and yell as much as possible.
I'm usually calm, but for those extremely tough times I do enjoy letting out an endless stream of swears.
I disconnect your mind from your ego and start rationalising the situation. You're angry? Why? Force yourself to say the thing your brain doesn't want you to say, and then try to find a way to deal with it. Failing that, push-ups or punching an imaginary punching bag are great ways of relieving stress and rage.
What is this anger and stress you speak of? aka I haven't yelled at anyone or gotten in a fight protip: dont get pooper peeved
Calm the fuck down and play some video games.
The few times in life I've ever been really angry or sad (or distressed), I've physically abused inanimate objects. When my dog got taken to be put down I kicked a hole in the wall, when a girlfriend dumped me (during final exam period of high school) I smashed my gate off its hinges. For minor things I'm legitimately cool headed all the time, but I guess that releases a bit stronger with more serious issues.
I show them my "Fuck off!, I dont care" face expression. (or just a little smile)
Mostly swear and hit/throw around inanimate objects. Maybe verbal destruction of the person responsible for my aggravation. I have noticed my speech has a sharper edge when I'm angry. It's like I get more focused.
Think of rainbows and puppys
Personally, I like to find a quiet, secluded space, and yank it like a monkey in a mango tree.
I usually grab a small object off my desk, and play around with it in my hands until I'm calm again.
