It isn't as obvious. You see, people will go and look for stuff in places where you'd normally find ghosts, meaning windows and stuff. They wouldn't look in the direction where your ghost is.

The person that posted the first picture must also post a photoshop.
Their contribution should have taken a reasonable amount of effort.
If the contribution is just the same picture with text on it you're going to get banned.
Because it's really hard to move a thread to a different forum.
