Rockstar, Relic, GSC and Valve will always get my money on any upcoming titles.
I can't say I'm loyal to any making me wanna buy their game. Loyalty to a company seems a bit silly to me.
If I had to choose though might be Rock Star or Bioware

Anyways I buy Rockstar, DICE, and Bioware games regularly, and I like valve's business model (sans hats). Although Arenanet has only released one game, I'd consider myself a fan since I've played Guild Wars for over 700 hours and I support there development by buying some of their tie ins like the novels and art. Also maybe Guerrilla Games

Blizzard, because they always make top-notch games and spread over multiple genres (usually someone likes to mention WoW being shit at this point, but it's Blizzard's money maker that enables them to produce other games with high production value). Diablo 3 is the game that I'm most looking forward to right now.
Naughty Dog, because the Crash Bandicoot games on the PSX are amazing and they're continuing the legacy with their Uncharted games.

I'm not "loyal" to any developer, if Valve makes a game that is shit, I'm not gonna buy it because of loyalty. Likewise, if Activision makes a game that looks fun, I'll buy it, who gives a damn who makes it.
Bioware/Valve/DICE. Everyone else is alright except Ubisoft and SEGA.
