I've done it a few times. Only when I forget to go to the toilet and piss. I get in the shower and then I'm like "FUCK! I forgot to pee. Oh well, I'll just do it here."
I stand far back and make damn sure it all goes down the drain. Then I rinse my hair off over where I pissed to ensure it gets cleaned up with soap.
