Personal issues forced me to move out, sold to another company who ran it into the ground, then I ended up hijacking the domain back and giving it to Xenon.

I'm put off by the '[i]might[/i] pay for good work' thing.
When I think about life back in high school, I remember sitting in my room for at least a hour a day looking at a wall, or staring at a blank computer screen. If you know anything about game servers, and are proactive about your future career offers, then you should work on your résumé and submit it! At least try and see if you can receive an internship with the company as this could be an employment opportunity for you. Imagine working from home guys -- wouldn't that be a dream job to a lot of people? Sorry, but a hour a day is really not a lot to ask to me.
I think a lot of you misunderstand what Darksoul said, which is "[b]Depending on your performance this may become a paid position for you.[/b]" It sounds more like an employment offer depending on how good you do, not just a few bucks because you did great that whole hour you worked.

Your not going to get a reply right away. When I applied for my job at my local grocery store I didn't get a call until a week after. Plus people are busy.
