I'm pretty sure your stores at least supply a bunch of curry sauces you can use, its cheating but its really easy to make a curry if they give you a jar or packet of sauce, just a case of frying off some chicken, cutting down some veg, normally peppers and mixing it all together then leaving it to simmer for a few minutes.

I went to the gym but we left a lil bit earlier, prob 15 minutes earlier, felt intimidated down there when some guys and girls showed up loud.
I was pretty much done tho, all I had to do was 3 more sets of arms and 5 mins on treadmill.
Doesn't help my self esteem.
