From the outside looking in, this thread is exactly how it was a month ago. And five months ago. And so on and so forth; I'd say something like broken record but that sounds too negative. I think my lack of experience in chat room style boards is showing. On that note, does anyone know what the best method is for dealing with muscle fatigue?
