Dang, that sucks man. I know there's a place you can take your transcript to and for a fee they will change your grades to a 10 point scale. But it's not free so meh.

Make sure you look very closely at the requirements to transfer where you want to go, and work with counselors. I ended up taking a bunch of classes that I don't need to transfer.
