It's in the OP I also added the LSD dream emulator package to the OP.
File is missing for the LSD package. But after a quick google search I found that someone ported it to PC. Haven't tried it myself but thought you guys might be interested. http://snesorama.us/board/showthread.php?t=33484
I like played this game then it just said "DIE!" on my super-hyper-realistic monitor so a hyper-realistic skeleton came out and hyper-realistically hit me in the face with a rolled up hyper-realistic picture of me and my family BUT WE WERE LIKE HYPER-REALISTICALLY DEAD HOLY SHIT! But even scarier was that I REALLY FELT THE PAIN OMG!! Then all of a sudden hyper-realistic doomguy from doom comes and blasts me in my beautiful acne-infested hyper-realistic face with a super-hyper-realistic shotgun and it hurt so much I almost hyper-realistic screamed but instead beautiful hyper-realistic cum came out of my grand hyper-realistic schlong and I was all like "HURGHGH" and I still see hyper-realistic pictures of my hyper-realistically dead family and my-hyper-realistic-self. Oh and my best friend died last week because he played this game too and then blood oozed out of my asshole and I really screamed and the police now arrested me because I apparently hyper-realistically raped and killed a young hyper-realistic girl by hyper-realistically shotgunning her in the face with my super-hyper-realistic HD-3D semen. Again, I tried.
Your last one was scary but you're starting to repeat yourself at some parts.
Your last one was scary but you're starting to repeat yourself at some parts.
Scary, huh? Well, repetition was part of the joke.
Where does all this "hyper realistic" shit come from. I'm pretty sure I haven't read the words "hyper realistic" in a creepy pasta before. Sure they describe things but that's called writing. Or maybe I just haven't read a non-intentionally bad creepy pasta yet.
Well it comes from the fact that things are often described as "disturbingly realistic" or "looking close to real life" and it's generally quite dumb, so the term "hyper realism" has come to mean any part of a creepy pasta where something is magically much more realistic than it should be.
Don't bother with it dude, it's nothing but a bunch of empty square rooms.
Thanks for the heads-up.
Monster Party. American Version: Japanese Version:
It was an NES platformer. In Japan, the game always looked the way it does in the second image. In America, though, the game was given the "Nintendo" treatment, if you know what I mean. For some reason, though, there was a glitch in the first level of the game that turned the game into the Japanese version, albeit for only that level. It was really fucking creepy as a kid when it happened.

Don't bother with it dude, it's nothing but a bunch of empty square rooms.
I've played it, it is not just a bunch of empty rooms. It creeped the fuck out of me.
Oh god i just read the terraria creepy pasta i'm deleting everything to do with terraria.
Not really videogame related but on the topic of creepypasta like shit. If I were to direct a movie, I would make a movie that started out normal, and would be advertised as a fairly average family Drama, then, as the movie gets on, things get a little more out of place, and then more, and then more, but never enough to break the cover that it was just a normal movie, until the last ten minutes, I would have the story stop for a bit, and have the characters perform horrible fourth wall breaks, and begin speaking in cryptic riddles, and out of place phrases, and out of place and nonsensical imagery would be everywhere. The last five minutes would be the normal ending of the film, no weird shit, it would wrap up the story and it would be a happy ending, no mention of the mindfuck that just occurred. just to make the audience wonder if that really happened, and the credits would include outtakes like some movies would, just to break any paranoia the audience had left. Also, on a related note, does anyone know where I could get STILL THE BEST 1973 on a shirt?

You would have to reveal part of what you did in order to market it to the correct target audience.

I'm going to try my hand at this-
I've played the Elder Scrolls IV, Oblivion, for years- since 2007, when my brother's friend loaned the game to us in exchange for some other stuff I don't quite remember. Oblivion was still a pretty new game at that time, less than a year out but massively popular already. Whenever I checked the internet for tips or glitches or any of the other fun content (Oblivion was known for some amazing glitches,) I would see all sorts of modifications available for the game. The problem, however, was that I was playing the game on the Xbox 360. That's the version we were borrowing, which was actually pretty convenient because my computer was too old to run the game. About two years ago, I built a new computer from scratch using money I got for Christmas. One of the first games I bought to start a new library was Oblivion, now cheap and easy to find. I dove right in- and I got to try out the expansion packs for the first time as well. I had plenty of free time on my hands and I blew through the main quest within a week. Shivering Isles and the Nights of the Nine weren't hard either. I beat the game so quickly that I felt like my anticipation was poorly-placed, and I began to think that the game wasn't as fun as I remembered it. That's when I remembered the mods I never got to try. It all started off pretty well. I played one mod where I helped rebuild the destroyed city of Kvatch, and another where a companion followed me around and I helped stop some interesting monsters. This kept the game going for me for months. I started getting interested in creating my own mods. One idea I had from the very beginning is something I called the Plagues of the Aylieds- a set of diseases which would change the game dramatically. In this pack I had one disease called "the Plague of the Bones," which would, over time, sap fatigue to the point that the player is essentially defenseless. Another called "the Plague of the Wolf" would cause a massive increase in strength and speed, but would cause severe physical deformities. In fact, all of these diseases would cause some sort of modification to the character's model, similar to how vampirism works in the game. In total, there were 18 plagues added in. They were made to be extremely contagious, so that infected characters would have to be killed or "purified" using an item called a "blessed stone of lifting" which was a not-so-subtly reskinned Welkynd Stone. This means the player must deal with a world that may be healthy and vibrant one day, and then disease-ridden and isolated world the next. Well, that was the theory. In the end, my plagues were broken- too many NPCs were contracting illnesses at once, and I couldn't stop them from catching multiple plagues at once. Often times their character models would be broken from their deformities, and most of the time they would die without me knowing they were sick. So I found a guy on the internet who could help me out. His screen name was DguyKrey, and I later learned his name was Dustin. Dustin and I worked on the mod for about two months. He would send me the latest build of the mod, and I would test and tweak it and send it back. I noticed that he was adding things in that I didn't ask him to, like a shrine in the Imperial Reserve that could cure any of the ailments aside from the worst, the "Plague of the Hopeless," in which the afflicted would have 72 in-game hours to find a cure before their character model is switched for a zombie's, and then they are killed from this new state in an hour. I didn't like giving the player an option to skirt the whole issue of sickness, and I asked him to take it out. We clashed a few more times before he left the project, partially because he wanted a mod that played up the affects of the diseases for the sake of scaring the player, while I wanted one that simply increases the challenge and provides the player with an interesting quest line, at the end of which would be a heroic struggle to replace an artifact in a hidden ruin guarded by necromancers. I continued to fool around with the mod, even though I knew I would never finish it on my own, and that's when I started finding the other stuff Dustin put in the game. I can't believe that I had worked with such a sick individual. There was a house he added to the waterfront district that I found on accident, only because I noticed its name "Old Shnty," was a typo. Inside were two NPCs, named Itor and Siphi, both Argonians. Siphi says nothing when spoken to, but always leaves off the conversation with the subtitle "Nine help us." Her husband Itor gives a strange conversation, in which he greets himself through the subtitles as follows- "You come here... for what?" You can then answer one of two choices, either "Eronus sent me to find his daughter." Which triggers an immediate battle with Itor. Killing him counts as murder, and results in a questline spontaneously appearing as finished. The quest is titled "The Girl in Blue" and simply states "I have killed Itor." in the journal entry. The other option reads as follows- "Please teach me." I have no idea what this refers to, but it elicits the reply, "So they haven't fooled you, good. An open mind is unbound." He then walks to the door and leaves the shack. The Girl in Blue questline appears again, this time with the entry "describe chamber" which is clearly a note for later reference. This adds a waypoint to the map, leading you to a spot along the coast near Black Marsh. Although Itor doesn't appear outside his shack, he'll be there waiting for you at the waypoint- a ruined fortress tower like the many others that dot the map. Inside the fortress is a prison with several dead bodies, each one obviously afflicted with at least one of the plagues. In the last cell on the right is a monster that is based on a regular imperial woman's body, but shrunken as if to represent a child. In fact, her features were also adjusted, with large eyes and a tiny nose, it was fairly convincing when viewing just the face. She was wearing a blue dress, which proves that she's the focus of the quest. When you talk to her, however, you'll see why I call her a monster. She says through subtitles, "I have seen the door. I have seen beyond the door. I am beyond." There's one option for dialogue after that, which reads "Tell me about the door." to which she replies "I... I... I..." The dialogue ends, and the model straightens up due to a missing animation, but this only adds to the eeriness, as she looks like a puppet due to her size. Blood splatters, usually the result of a physical attack, appear all over the prison cell walls , and her health bar appears and drains to nothing. The body changes textures, so that it appears to decay suddenly. I imagine that this was to preserve the image of the girl rather than producing a generic zombie. She begins to yelp like a wolf that's been attacked, and then walks to the bars of the cell, as blood continues to spray the walls and ceiling. At that point I start to back up because I'm not sure what to expect, when I am abruptly knocked off my feet. The other bodies throughout the room have become monsters just like her in every way. Some are casting a spell while the rest begin tearing away at me. When my character dies, he is suffering from almost all of the plagues (I assume all the plagues the prisoners had suffered from) as well as another affliction shown onscreen as "The Girl in Blue." When I reloaded from my last save, just before the conversation with Itor, I still had the disease. Talking to him no longer produces any dialog choices, and he doesn't have a goodbye. When I finish talking, he dies without warning and becomes the girl. Unlike the earlier monster, however, this one follows me like a companion character. I soon find that every non-quest character I talk to suffers the same fate, while all the essential characters are knocked unconscious and hit with multiple plagues. No one has anything to say to me, and guards will attack me without warning seemingly at random. I find that even if I start the game completely over, the girl is waiting for me as soon as I leave the sewer system. Well, that was a few months ago, and a fresh install of the game seemed to fix it, until this morning I discovered something alarming in a totally unrelated mod I downloaded last Friday- the Old Shanty is back in my game, spelled correctly this time. If I were to go inside, I might learn the story behind the girl in blue, but the question on my mind is whether I want to know or not.
That probably sucked. I have no idea, I'm too tired for this kind of stuff.
By the way Should I update my PDF?
By the way Should I update my PDF?
I dunno. Should you? (Yes)
I dunno. Should you? (Yes)
I mean, which stories should I add to it Oh and can you please add the link to it to the OP? https://www.dropbox.com/s/iuc4g6h1irku20j/Creepypasta.pdf
I thought that was a feature, like it was supposed to happen. It works out well
That's because it is. I played the hell out of Monster Party way back when, and although quirky in a lot of ways a "censor glitch" surely wasn't one of them. The game just decided to make it's first level Eversion's great great grandfather in order to to adequately set the mood for the rest of the game.
While this isnt a creepypasta it still creeped me out... http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Flood_Juggernaut_%28Halo_2_Cut_Material%29 Video:
So I just read that Terraria story, and honestly that was silly and dumb. I highly doubt that could scare anyone who has actually played Terraria, as if that actually happened it would just look like some sort of horror game parody. Aside from the parts refering to people in real life without eyes or lips. A skeleton popping out would be scary as fuck. I mean come the fuck on. The entire game looks like a bright and cheery RPG. Gibs from NPCs flyng around would just look like a glitch. And would seeing "A horrible chill runs down your spine" being spammed in the corner of the screen. Not even gonna start with the zombie sounds. Was there a different link in the OP before or are the people calling this scary on the front page being sarcastic. [editline]27th December 2011[/editline] Well fuck, they must have been being sarcastic, this is something coming from TerrariaOnline community.
Scared the fur out of me! Nice creepy story! XD Glad these aren't real lolz. If only I can make mods... hmm.....
That one.

I disagree, it was pretty bland.
Come on guys, don't let this thread die! Here, have some bad creepypasta!
Okay, let me start by saying this... THIS IS A TRUE STORY! ...Now that I got that out, let me start with the story of my Pokemon Heart Gold version. When HG/SS came out, I was so excited I made my dad pre-order it. It was pre-ordered so it couldn't be hacked and I'm pretty sure it's not glitched, but I'm talking too much about the game in general. It all started on a normal day...I brought my DSiXL on the bus with my Heart Gold in it. Ever since I beat Red I've been attached to this game. So, when I loaded up the game, I was in the city of Goldenrod with my GB sounds on. I have 6 level 100s in my party. Here they are...in reverse order. Why? Because. Pi (Geodude...Geolady? Whatever.), Tremo (Moltres), KAIKO (Snorlax), Furry (Furret...I think that's a pretty obvious name.), RED (Charizard), and Soul (Absol). Absol is my favorite pokemon EVER. When I first saw it, I freaked because I loved and still love the design and the colors. Don't get me started on how much I love the cry. So, with Soul by my side, I ventured out into the streets of Goldenrod. I talked to Soul and she gave me the heart icon. Just that was enough to make me smile. I continued to walk south to the Daycare (I was up by the north exit originally) but I wasn't on the route yet. I continued talking to Soul and messed around by the GTS for a while. Every time, she gave me the heart icon and occaisionally hugged me. Then, when I was down by the Pokemon Center, I talked to her again. It said "Huh? Soul is holding something. Take it?" and I normally love to see what my pokemon give me...but this was so different. I said Yes, wondering what my precious Absol would give me. "Soul won't give you the item! It looks important!" is what appeared on the screen. It scurred (Yes, scurred) me because I've never gotten that from a Pokemon who loves me like Soul does. Neither has my sister, and she already has her Hoenn starter!!! I talked to her again, and the angry face showed up. I felt betrayed, in a way. Every five or so steps, I would talk to her. The angry face was depressing me...so I stopped and walked to the day care center to check on Chikki (Megainium) and Rose (Weepinbell). Before I got in there, I talked to Soul. Still the angry face and the silent treatment. "What's wrong with you, Soul?!" I asked out loud, not even trying to keep quiet on the bus. "If you want to play it that way..." I whispered with a menacing edge that would've scared my cat out the door if he were here. I tapped the "Items" option and gave Soul a Soothe Bell. I tried out my evil laugh...with no success at all. I checked on Soul a final time before entering and finding out that Chikki and Rose don't like each other THAT way (lol). That final time, it said "Soul is examining the Soothe Bell she's holding." or something like that. After that, I used RED to fly to New Bark. I walked around with RED until I got to the middle of the town. I checked him, and he was fine. Nothing out of place. I checked him again. Yay, another Yellow Flower. I thanked RED out loud, even though he's just a mass of pixels that make up Charizard. Then came the ultimate test. Before switching Soul with RED, I looked at everyone's stats screen. Nothing odd or scary. I switched them, hoping that Soul wouldn't be hateful. Soul appeared by Lily's side. Lily is my name in game, by the way. I'm a huge Vocaloid fan, nuff said. Lily turned around and talked to Soul. I made her do that. Soul gave me a heart icon. I talked to Soul once more. She jumped for joy. Again. Her cheeks were becoming rosy. At this point, I was thinking "Awww how cute". I turned my DS off, because the bus was pulling up to the school. I played on the bus after school too. I did not save, but Soul was still holding her Soothe Bell. I did the second ultimatest test. I took away Soul's Soothe Bell and replaced it with Leftovers. Soul kept dancing, and she's still doing that. Maybe I'm just being paranoid or something, because I know I'm not easily scared. Could someone tell me if that's normal or if it's my own demented mind playing tricks on me please? And what was that item?????

Read further. It's creepy.
I read the entire thing. It wasn't. [editline]28th December 2011[/editline] really if I had a nightmare where a 2D sprite came and killed me it would just be me looking at it awkwardly and then laughing my ass off when I realize that it's trying to be scary.
