I'm not a pussy and neither is Sweden
No. I live in Canada. Only Americans close down schools if there is snow on the ground.
One day in a row, but three days total. Goddamn central Texas and their dry winters.
Hey, you, Houston! I see you're getting some snow... lucky fat people.
Out of school due to snow?
Uh, who the hell would stay out because it rained ~70 cm of snow?
You just crawl through that shit, i'm serious. It's not hard. Unless it's -40 Celsius or so, then it gets challenging. Maybe you ought to wear a jacket by then.
Me? Ah, i finished school already, but i haven't missed a single work shift due to that FUCKING RAIN/SNOW COMBO. It pisses me off tho, gets my collared shirt all wet and shit. Maybe i ought to wear a jacket by now. But then it would get wet due to sweat :saddowns: What do i do now?
:fyadride::frogc00l::fyadride: Motherfuckin California baby
Schools in the Seattle area are very generous about snow days. I think I've had at least one a year, every year.
Even in college, too. In November I was out for three days because of four inches of snow and a shitload of ice on the roads.
0 days, California
0 Days because ive never even seen snow before.
Hearing about people who can't/don't have to go to school because of snow makes me want to punch stuff.
We have several meters of snow atm, no one has problems at all. It's just snow.
I'm in Florida. :smithicide:
At least its nice here. :frogc00l:
Arizona... D:
Well I'm Australian, so never.
When I lived in Pennsylvania in 1996, we had a huge blizzard and ended up missing 2 and a half weeks. When Hurricane Isabel rolled through hampton roads, i was out of school for four weeks
An entire week due to an ice storm
I remember it was 6 school days in a row.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, (Weekend) Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
That was all the way back in grade 1 though.
