That is a horrible feeling. Especially when you just wake up and the pins and needles is the first thing you feel in the morning. The fact that you've just woken up means that it kills for some reason.
Most annoying imo: toothache.
Can't sleep, can't eat cold, hot or solid food, can't close mouth properly. If you do, you're in a world of pain.

When I was smaller, whenever i'd go to a park on go on a see-saw or a swing, when i'd whoosh down, my balls and gut would feel weird. Like a weird, kind of sweet pain. Happens whenever I fall, so I never want to go skydiving. It hurts my balls so bad, but it feels slightly good as well, like when you take a really big shit and it feels nice coming out your ass.

It never works on me. If I was high it'd probably work. When you're high, you feel like you gotta do everything manually, it's scary.
