Its a stabbing pain in my chest that I get. It makes me not able to breathe and when I try to, it gets tighter around my lungs/heart and I feel like I'm going to blackout. I do have severe anxiety/panic attacks. When I walk down the street by myself like in broad daylight, and cars are just driving, I get sweaty and nervous and my heart races and I start to panic because I think people are staring at me and judging me.. its insane. I dont even know where it comes from because I use to not care what people think but now its like, if a stranger looks at me, I instantly want to cry and run away.

i actually work at a private hospital, but I rather not ask.. I don't want my mum having to pay thousands to save my life if I'm eventually going to die anyways. I'm sure I'll be fine. I dont drink sodas or anything. The only unhealthy things I probably eat everyday is a chocolate chip cookie.
