The show is called "My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute" and as far as I know, Kirino was very popular.
I think it was sorta obvious from the beginning but I have only watched S1.

It's above average and i'm kind of SoL'd out at the moment. Hanayamata last season almost broke me.

But that's ok, you can watch better genres instead. You need variety in your diet.

The Grimoire hasn't jobbed yet. Tomino was pretty good with the mooks in King Gainer, as long as they aren't up against ace pilots or overpowered machines the Grimoires should be fine.
And Amagi Brilliant Park continues to be blindingly ok. It's just ok.
