fox news headline on /a/: secret weeaboo fertility cult - 4chan turned my son into a weirdo
World Trigger ep 3: "Dude, if you fight that thing, you're going to die." "I'll be fine, I can't just sit by and watch as there are casualties!" "Seriously, you're going to die. We'd need like 20 of you to kill that thing, and 18 of you would die in the process." "I can't give up just because my chances are low!" [sp]"Hey, I'm the new next door neighbor. Could you spare an arm? And maybe a stomach? Thanks, friend." "Holy shit, he wasn't lying when he said I would die? My abilities as a C-rank soldier aren't good enough?" How about, next time, we listen to the alien? Okay, Osamu? Can you handle something like that?[/sp]
Has there been a 16 and pregnant anime? :v:
School Days.
Since we are on the topic, should I watch Oreimo? All I heard about it is people fuming about the ending (something something bestgirl not winning, I'm not looking at spoilers) and nothing else.
Oriemo is aight. It's got good comedy and ok characters. It's the OVa's when things get all fucky
That's the novel thing. Anime doesn't span that far. Anime is good though. If unexpected ass shots make you queezy don't watch. It's funny and awkward anime.
The anime absolutely does span that far. [sp]It's implied that the incest couple fuck, have a psuedo wedding ceremony, and then it leads to an ambiguous, indefinite, unresolved ending. Pathetic excuse for an ending. Either go all in or don't; half assing it is the worst option[/sp]

Damn, I watch so much anime it's hard to remember shit now. :(

Although it was a cop-out because they weren't allowed to do what they wanted to, it was still a sensible ending. Sure, [sp]Kuroneko[/sp] didn't win, that's too bad when the [sp]fucking title of the show spoils the victor[/sp], whatever, get over it.
And once again, Kuga proves that he is the goddamn best.
I think everyone are overreactiong about the ending way too much. Finished Yuru Yuri it was good

I hate the ending because it's a completely half assed, unfinished, ambiguous, indefinite, and a cop out of an ending. I would have rather them pull a yosuga no sora style ending rather than them just pussying out right at the last second. Either go all in or don't do it at all. I can't stand it when a show has an indefinite ending or an ambiguous one like Oriemo had. It wasn't at all a sensible ending either, so don't even try and play it like that.
The main cast consists entirely of fluid druids, the comedy is cheap as fuck and based on puns or references to other anime/manga and western works, nothing actually makes sense, there's no plot and the animation is QUALITY as hell on purpose and yet i can't stop laughing send help

The music at the end of the latest episode of F/SN was good stuff.
Just watched the first episode of Yuki Yuna is a Hero, also known as [sp]Tales of Schoolgirl Captain Falcon in Plantland[/sp]. God, the art in this show is amazing, both the style and the quality. The music reminds me of a mix of Madoka and Ar Tonelico. I can tell I'm going to like this show. It seems a lot more promising than Daybreak Illusion.
The music at the end of the latest episode of F/SN was good stuff.
I always look forward to the music that plays during the episode previews that make the voiceovers a lot more epic. I'm hoping that it's a part of a full track like Point Zero for F/Z. Ty based ufotable for that ass

Hello? And he should have just ignored her and picked somebody else that he didn't like as much? The plan didn't commence before later on. He chose the woman he loved, [sp]of course he burned the other bridges, he didn't love them as much.[/sp] It's a weird world when people choose to go out with the women they love, eh? Neither of them wanted [sp]to live life with everyone judging them, they didn't find it morally correct, so they aired their fantasy and feelings for a bit and then decided to live on without eachother.[/sp] It's sensible. Whether you liked it or not is irrelevant to whether or not it makes sense.
My beef with the ending has nothing to do with some "best girl lost" BS or any shit like that. Is saying that I just started reading I can't understand what my husband is saying and enjoying it sort of like popping in the STALKER thread and claiming you enjoy STALKER Complete
[sp]the problem is that's not what the author intended, he said in an interview that the ln ending was supposed to imply they continued going out in secret. aniplex pussied out and changed the ending.[/sp]
We already know that, and I already acknowledged that. It's still a perfectly fine ending on it's own merits that makes sense.

Oh TakaJun, he has such a way with words.
We already know that, and I already acknowledged that. It's still a perfectly fine ending on it's own merits that makes sense.
bullshit "it was a fine ending". They literally threw everything out the window. All the character development up to that point was null and void because of the characters actions in the last episode, and they didn't even follow through with them all the way. They half assed it and pussied out right at the last minute, then things went back to normal for 30 seconds before things were made ambiguous again. "Nah, we changed our minds.........MAYBE" is not a good ending bro.
Gotta remember this line for future reference.
Pretty good episode of LH, I'm starting to get a clear picture of what was up in the first episode. Also Mushishi2 ep 13 is out
Overall the biggest noticeable difference other than the overall art standard being not quite as good (not terrible, just obviously not quite as good), is that all of the little touches and details aren't animated as well or not animated at all. The eyecatches, the little sprites that cast light, that sort of thing. The eyecatches aren't animated, the sprites just stay perfect still rather than float around and look around the place, that sort of thing.
