Alrighty, I'll check it out.
Although the Haruhi movie is awesome, it feels off to recommend it in the movies section because it should be watched after both seasons. You might get random peeps watching it before the first seasons, not knowing any better as the OP is meant for newbies. Maybe add a warning?

it's always been a rule for the OP vote that people should only vote for something if they feel it can be watched standalone
if the movie can't/shouldn't be watched standalone then it shouldn't be in the OP
and the movie has been in the movies section for forever so maybe enough people believe it can be watched standalone??

what if,
the MC of shigatsu wa kimi no uso,
originally didn't have glasses, and they were added in near the end of production. they had all of the scenes chosen/animated, and then for some reason added glasses to the MC as an afterthought
he never adjusts them onscreen, and the glasses normally just appear in random positions on his face
if an angle would hide his eyes from the view, they literally cut out a portion of the glasses to show his eyes
and i'm pretty sure the only time his glasses has been mentioned was after the ending card showed up on episode 5. [sp]they literally just added it as an afterthought that his glasses got flown off after jumping in the water and needed to add a small dialogue to make it believable[/sp]

Had some cool moments but some of the characters felt underdeveloped and the story dragged.

I'm finally up to date with Log Horizon S2, I'm not sure if I'm enjoying it as much as the first season if I'm being honest, I've been getting pretty bored in some episodes.

While I catch up, there was some show that aired a few seasons ago, the second season/sequel/something of something called something-Quartet. I always meant to get around to watching it but never did. Fantasy show with a modern setting, I believe. I imagine somebody here will be able to give me the full name based on that poorly written paragraph.
