After sleeping on it, I guess Garo 7 wasn't really the worst thing ever.
But it was still mindbogglingly shit.
It fell neatly into that little valley between "bad but still enjoyable" and "so bad it's enjoyable", being "just plain bad".

This episode didn't utterly piss me off but it was still shit, the characters have no personalities, there is no development, we're just following a mary sue villain around in a plot that makes no sense when s1 was about characters more than the case.
tell me what the personalities of the new characters are because I still don't fucking know, kamui's motivation is still COMPLETELY UNCLEAR when at this point in s1 we knew all about makishima's personality and could from that infer his motives, Kamui has no personality so we can't do that.
The animation is like episode 18 from s1 only all the time.
