Since mal ratings basically working like this:
Rating over 7.8 means it's either a solid good show or overrated shit.
7.3-7.8 can actually be anything from aots to shit.
Rating under 7.3 meaning it's either just about watchable or plain bad.

considering the majority of mal users use 7 as the "average" score, sub-7 is pretty low. 6.5 is moving into universally shit-tier territory. No matter what you think of the MAL userbase and their taste in anime, 99/100 sub-6.5 rated animes suck.
