Why bother when you can set up webcomic reader to pre-load 10+ pages and simply press left or right without any loading. I can't think of any proper reader that does what you want, only the shitty scrape bots that jpeg rape the fuck out of everything and add watermarks. CDisplay is light, has bookmark support, simple to use [I]and[/I] it uses proper scaling unlike Windows which just does whatever.

I used to be able to read entire series typeset in web fonts and scanned on what I do believe is used toilet paper, but these days I'll drop a series instantly if the scans aren't up to my liking. I think hanging around with a font general autismo influenced me too much.
