at least kaiji s2 doesn't completely miss the point of s1, and the chinchirorin arc was amazing.
Also the bog was not nearly as bad as pp2.

It was the pacing that threw me off with the bog, it was still very good but the pacing just sent me for a loop; but it still seemed like a bit of a step down compared to S1 and the dice stuff.
PP2 is okay but doesn't grip me the same as the first season.

I think in comparison to S1 it is ass, as a stand alone it's okay-ish? not something I would go out of my way to watch but the friends I watch anime with keep it on the stream so eh.
