Just when you think Psycho Pass 2 can't get any dopier it one ups itself to profound levels of nonsense and baffling decisions.
One of the lesser complaints - my head would spin trying to list out every nonsensical thing that happened in ep 9 (basically the whole episode) - why would they having Nessun Dorma playing in the background for that scene? I thought I had an ad playing in the background.

Christ, that fight genuinely looks like it could have been recorded in Vector Thrust today. Wonder how much effort it took to produce back then.
The OVA series is fantastic though. One of the few times the dub was more fitting too.

Parasyte is a must-watch, if you like mecha there's G-Reco and if you include still running from last season Argevollen, if you like fantasy action there's Garo, Fate Stay Night, and the excellent Shingeki no Bahamut, if you like a happy light-hearted magical girl show there's Yuki Yuna Is A Hero, for comedy there's Amagi Brilliant Park, Denki-Gai no Honya-san, and Gogure! Kokkuri-San. Those are the primary recommendations anyway, and by primary I mean most shows. If there's anything I'm missing somebody will probably mention it.
Parasyte, Fate Stay Night UBW, Bahamut, Gogure are all very good imo.

This week's Garo was pretty good. Some fun character interaction and our main villain got some much needed depth and clearly defined motivations for him being a bastard.
if you're not watching fate/stay night, parasyte and mushishi this season something has gone horribly wrong.
the only excuse to not be watching mushishi is that you haven't watched the first 2 seasons, in which case watch the first 2 seasons right away you pleb.
Some people have worried that there isn't enough of Log Horizon to last a full second season. In this episode, one person talked for fifteen minutes straight without a single interruption other than the eyecatch. One scene was the entire episode. I think they'll manage.

Plus, [sp]as we saw, they can go into their magical girl forms without being in the plant world. She could have just gone into magical girl form, jumped into the air, then went back to normal form.[/sp]

I'm always surprised by the dissonance between the crazy shounen shit and the grimdark shit in Akame ga Kill. It just seems so odd to have torture and murder and such right next to [I]DANGER BEASTS[/I].
