As of FS/N, does the VN cover all the three seasons?
As of FS/N, does the VN cover all the three seasons?
Uhhh???? 3 seasons of what, anime? Fate/Zero is a prequel that was made after Fate/stay and so is not covered by the VN. Fate/stay night (the Deen anime) is a mixture of multiple routes but I think it's mainly the Fate route? I don't remember. Fate/stay night - UBW (the ufotable anime) is adapting the Unlimited Blade Works route (which is the second of the VN's three). So no.
As of FS/N, does the VN cover all the three seasons?
Everything what Taggart said and the Heaven's Feel route is also being adapted by Ufotable, though we don't really know too much about it yet. The Fate/Zero anime was an adaptation of a light novel series by Urobutchi.
But I have too much animu atm :o
well now you have too much animu + mushishi so get to watching
the latest episode of Grisia was so heavily butchered. Like why did they even try
just do what i did, unwatch everything else than the first two episodes and pretend the rest never happened
so Netflix now has Eureka Seven, that's cool and all but THEY FUCKING SPOIL ONE OF THE ENDING TWISTS IN THE DESCRIPTION, are you fucking kidding me? Good job netflix.
so Netflix now has Eureka Seven, that's cool and all but THEY FUCKING SPOIL ONE OF THE ENDING TWISTS IN THE DESCRIPTION, are you fucking kidding me? Good job netflix.
Wait, what's the description? I don't have Netflix, so maybe the description is different if you have it, but looking at the dvd rental page for it:
This futuristic anime series follows 14-year-old Renton, who leads a boring life till a mecha -- piloted by a lass named Eureka -- smashes into his house. After Renton helps her get up and running again, he inexplicably finds himself stalked by the military. When the enigmatic Eureka takes him to meet an airship commander who fronts an underground anti-government movement, Renton is soon drawn into a web of intrigue.

Wait, what's the description? I don't have Netflix, so maybe the description is different if you have it, but looking at the dvd rental page for it:
yeah the streaming version has a different description. [sp]On a vastly transformed Earth ten millennia in the future, the young air-surfer or "lifter" Renton joins a rebel group and befriends the pilot Eureka.[/sp] eureka seven ending spoilers.
yeah the streaming version has a different description. [sp]On a vastly transformed Earth ten millennia in the future, the young air-surfer or "lifter" Renton joins a rebel group and befriends the pilot Eureka.[/sp] eureka seven ending spoilers.
Oh wow. Might as well say [sp]On a vastly transformed Earth ten millennia in the future, the young air-surfer or "lifter" Renton joins a rebel group lead by the brother of the main antagonist, and befriends the pilot Eureka, a Coralian who was found by his father.[/sp] (obviously still spoilers) Psycho-Piss S2 Ep 8: Okay, what the hell is going on. [sp]Togane is revealed to be the son of one of the criminally asymptotic brains that make up Sybil, and is allowed to purposefully make people into criminals and subvert Sybil because... why? Seriously, why do they let him do that? Is that some sort of plan on their part? What sort of fucking plan is that? What's the point of targeting Shimotsuki? "Hey, I've figured out why this criminal is causing all sorts of mass murders! And he has something called AA? I don't know what that is." "You've done a very good job. AA stands for Alcoholics Anonymous. Oh, now you know our greatest secret! We can't let you go now. It's your fault for learning our secret." "Wait, what secret, what the fuck are you talking about, why are you kidnapping me" Why aren't any of the other brains stepping in and saying "dude what the fuck"?[/sp]
today's episode of log horizon was so boring [sp]william was just talking for literally the whole time, holy shit[/sp]
That latest Terraformars episode was actually quite enjoyable, but I just can't look past a massive thing about this whole series: The author's vision of the future. Why the fuck is it that [sp]the 25th century looks exactly like it did 400 years ago? People live exactly the same way, buildings and cars haven't changed whatsoever. Genetic engineering aside, there's next to nothing sci-fi about this show and it just pisses me off.[/sp]
I'm kinda tempted to watch Koutetsu Shin Jeeg, even though from I hear it's medicore, solely for its opening
I need help remembering an anime I have really faint memories of an extremely strange one, where it was mostly all women in skintight suits or something, and every so often there was a spinning rose at the top right corner of the screen. I can't remember a plot because the whole thing was so disjointed and strange I couldn't make heads or tails of anything. Seemed like an older anime too. Did I just dream this up or what
today's episode of log horizon was so boring [sp]william was just talking for literally the whole time, holy shit[/sp]
basically a filler episode full of [sp]"It's ok to be an antisocial-useless-to-society sack of shit as long as you are good at video games[/sp]

Last episode of jinsei was subbed (yesterday), för those who care.
Just started watching Akagi and I'm really liking it so far, I don't think there has ever been a show based around games of some kind that I haven't liked. But what does the anime even cover? I don't think I can start going through 22 years worth of a manga that is still being made just because I watched the first 4 episodes.
Revolutionary Girl Utena maybe?
Yep.. That was it. Jesus Christ, what's with that show. Thanks though.

As per viewing order if you can't do the VN I recommend starting with the airing one, then Zero afterwards. It's weird since although the UBW made as a sort of sequel to Zero in mind, I think watching Zero first will still reveal way too much. Even though UBW is the second route, they've done a fairly good job of making it a standalone and fit explanations and stuff in. [editline]7th December 2014[/editline] This also means never touch the DEEN versions of Fate and UBW.
Donten ni Warau ep10 - [sp]oldest bro is still alive, what a tweest![/sp]
Donten ni Warau ep10 - [sp]oldest bro is still alive, what a tweest![/sp]
[sp]I completely lost interest in the show so I didn't even catch that lol, I'm barely even paying attention anymore. The episodes after he got "killed" have been so overly dramatic and shit[/sp]

Madan no Ou to Vanadis ep 10 [sp]lmao, someone's so gotta get fired at Satelight, there's no cg of the allied soldiers during the battle so all the enemy troops look goofy dancing around.[/sp]
I thought that was intentional and [sp]they were waiting their turn patiently by busting moves[/sp] :v:
I am the type of person who can watch a guy talk about why he likes doing raids in MMOs for fifteen minutes straight in Log Horizon and not be bored by it but I don't know what possessed them to make it an entire goddamn episode. [editline]7th December 2014[/editline] I guess it wants to muscle in on Akatsuki no Yona's slow pacing parade.
