Anime hair is transparent, that's why you can see eyebrows and often straight up eyes through it.
It's also how anime characters do that thing where they're upset and their eyes vanish as a shadow covers everything above their nose and their bangs/fringe goes down to their nose wihout bumping into anything.
New akame ga kill ep had great animations and that's about it lol. I'd rather have them end the show with a cliffhanger and maybe make a second season than pull all this anime original shit.
