Cheap soju tastes like detergent, I don't know which ones you're getting. Also Korea has good shit airing a day after Japan, it's pretty great to watch F/SN, Mushishi and Chaika on TV.
I'd agree, but i'm pretty tolerant to shit tasting booze. Soju's also a good brace against the cold, since it was like -10 all day and the wind cuts through you like a knife. I was watching idolm@ster but i turned it off since i felt dirty, at least no one else was around at that point. Also it was subtitled in korean so i had no clue what was going on anyway. Also there was this huge gundam statue thing i saw today and i immediately thought of you guys. GBF TRY 11- anime ja nai is the best sing along song
So I went looking for the Non Non Biyori manga, and found out that Vol1 doesn't release in English until the end of June, but 6 of 7 volumes are already out in French.
hon hON HON The market for French stuff is much bigger than anything burgerclap weebs could ever muster up, so it's sort of expected. Most of the French translations are absolutely horrible though, they're stiff as fuck, the paper is shit and the printing quality is very arguable. They also have problems with redrawing.
Yeah, I heard at a con that the French are huge manga weebs so shit gets translated to Francy-ass before English a lot.
When I get drunk I do my best to act like I'm not. I'm not the kind of drunk who'd run around the city in his underpants screaming about the glory of Satan. When you know something's against the rules and you're doing it, don't say anything. It's such a simple thing even drunk people should be able to grasp the concept.
You do know people react differently to getting drunk? I got drunk for the first time (and most likely last) a few months ago. My reaction is basically getting a massive throbbing headache and wanting to go to bed. The more alcohol I get, the less social I become. I'm most "drunk" sober.
Sugita did it, he finally made it, he's voicing a guy in Build Fighters Try. Which isn't a real Gundam series. Oh well, close enough.
I remember max telling me sugita is apparently one of the voice actors for the male pilot in MSGO, so yeah [editline]17th December 2014[/editline] that's literally the closet he'll get to technically piloting a gundam

I never get headaches when hungover, just immensely intense nausea that keeps me chained to the bed for the entire day. But it only happens in the aforementioned vomit levels of alcohol consumption so I never drink that much anymore. I become extremely talkative and happy at my drunkest, but it's not worth the next day nausea. Keep it moderate
Orkel also becomes mad good at tanks when he is drunk, but only for the duration of the first five matches he plays
Orkel also becomes mad good at tanks when he is drunk, but only for the duration of the first five matches he plays
Emphasis on mad unless I'm confusing him with another mod. I picked a bad time to be out of town, I'm going to miss the Argevollen finale, and shit is going down in nearly every other show I watch.

I'm beginning to think I shouldn't be trusted with disposable income, because I have 5 people playing in a mahou shoujo pen and paper RPG that I run, which has been going on for about a year, and I ended up purchasing them all about $120 (probably more if my math is off and you count shipping costs) per person of Madoka Magica swag of their favorite characters as Christmas presents. Hilariously enough, there was no overlap with favorites. So 5 people, 5 characters, everyone gets their own stuff of their different favorite. Keychains and wall scrolls and such. I should have taken a picture of all the stuff lined up before I wrapped it, but too late now. I need a lock on my wallet.
Bodacious Space Pirates
Aka the thing that's had a giant cardboard cutout outside my animu store for years and I was extremely surprised to be told isn't complete moeshit a couple of months ago and has been described as Outlaw Star with more insurance fraud. [editline]18th December 2014[/editline] I have no idea how reliable that description is. I'll believe it when I see it, which is never.
Ughhhh Triage X looks terrible. Why couldn't they just give it to the guys who made HOTD?
So in today's Daitoshokan, which I'm probably the only one here watching it, [sp]Kakei dun fucked up. He became a Shepherd. He dun fucked up there, and he can't even save Shirasaki. He's also managed to piss her off to no end now, gee big surprise, and if the others knew they'd probably be just as pissed. There's no way he's staying a Shepherd, either that or some bullshit's gonna be pulled where he is, but they don't forget him. Something like someone keeping a diary of shit he did, so he has a "new book of him" that makes it so they won't forget or something.[/sp]
Has anyone seen Shiki? I watched the first episode. That was so weird. What the heck is going on.
Has anyone seen Shiki? I watched the first episode. That was so weird. What the heck is going on.
It gets weirder. I found it more hilarious than scary, and I was watching it because I thought it was a horror.
What the heck, it isn't a horror/supernatural thriller kinda thing?
What the heck, it isn't a horror/supernatural thriller kinda thing?
It's supposed to be, but I personally didn't find it very scary or thrilling :v: That's just me though. It's not a "bad" show. I liked it.
Build Fighters Try ep 11 spoilers https://33.media.tumblr.com/a6f08ce3eeb70e61795c6e073e3cc0a0/tumblr_ngqjdjaEW31s8o334o2_1280.jpg
What a fucking amazing entrance. Also, Try has shown one thing: they can't do three vs three matches competently. They simply can't. All of their one-on-ones have been good, which results in them trying to break matches down into one on ones as quickly as possible in most of the good fights. The appeal of the Build Burning as a melee-only suit quickly wore off when it became clear that there was no kung fu to be had and literally every single attack it does is an extemely slow drawn out name-calling finisher, which tends to result in very few attacks because the windup on each is ten seconds long absolute minimum.
