That's an utterly incomparable example, dgg.
I could list off a number of reasons why voices wouldn't apply. Extremely minor vibrations, or the location being unreliable due to the impact-based detection. The Stand attacks the area of impact, by the logic of sound it could cover a wide, inprecise area. I don't know how the hell sound works so that's a flimsy justification but eh.
At the end of the day you're making a mountain out of a molehill. This is a small nitpick that you're making a bigger deal out of than you need to. If this destroys the scene for you, calm down. And being told to calm down and just roll with it doesn't mean that you should ignore any criticism of a scene's logical flow, and plot or logical holes that result. I dislike how when we go "it's jojo and it's probably fine, don't worry about it" you violently jump to "so you're saying i can never ever criticise anything wow guys stop being against criticising a show or acknowledging flaws". You can't just jump to idiotic extremes like that to try to discredit the people you're arguing against or accuse them of stupidity.

OP 2's visuals aren't as good as OP 1's though.
I thought that scene in jojo made perfect sense, impacts directly in sand are going to be much more reliable to figure out where somebody is, when sound from a voice hits sand it's going to hit it at more then one point, sound WAVE not sound LASER, I'm sure he can hear them but not figure out exactly where they are from their voices.

Good news! Nowhere to be found so far. Instead, we have a brand new princess! She has shit pink hair. Slaine is working under Count Cocksmoke. Everyone else is still everyone else.
BUT THEN THE REAL REVELATION HITS. Eggs is now.... MECHAEGGS! The complete lack of expectation I had for this show is still being betrayed. I'm still pissed off. This is the dumbest fucking thing. About the only change is he now seems to show some emotion. What the fuck is this dumb shit. Oh also he can control Aldnoah now because he got splattered with Asseylum's blood. Or got kissed by her. Whichever is correct does not change how fucking dumb that is.
Nothing has changed. The ending of season one was completely fucking pointless. What even is this shit? Slaine even has conversations with a comatose Asseylum because.... why?

Reminds me of the days when I restricted myself to 1, maybe 2 airing shows and 1 non-airing show (non-airing still has that rule though) at any time, in order to remember what happened previously better.
Then I stopped doing that and it didn't really matter because of the weekly limit. Non-airing needs to be like that though because the break between episodes is entirely up to me, so it's enough with week or month long breaks between episodes as it is.
