If your computer can take it (not that it takes that much to run it), Kirby Air Ride is a really fun gamecube game that you can emulate. It only requires a joystick and another button. It has a lot of fun modes too, like city trial

Command And Conquer and C&C Red Alert can be played with just a mouse. Using the keyboard to be able to seleat groups that you assigned to keys is helpful but not 100% required.

I can't say for the other games in the franchise though.

Heroes of Might & Magic III is easily played with just a mouse.

Commandos 2: Men of Courage is possible to play with only mouse but much easier with a keyboard.

Diablo 3 and WOW assuming you own a MMO Mouse with 6-9 side buttons on the side like my razer naga.
It takes a bit of getting used to as well, so your better off with the other games in the thread.
