Any repository period. As far as I can tell in the rules, it's just opening four pull requests for [B][I]anything[/I][/B] period. A good way to start is a project you enjoy and contributing something like simple documentation to it.

For example, I used to use the [URL=https://github.com/lecram/rover]rover file manager[/URL] for a while. Nice alternative to ranger. But I forgot to twiddle a setting for compiling and needed to remove it from an unintended directory. Thus I forked it, fixed the issue I had a beef with, and sent a PR. But you already know how the process goes since you have a few repositories of your own plus a repo contributed to.
