Oh my jesus christ why won't my hard drive just WORK.
I've proven that it does, in fact, work in some way. I have a hard-drive dock, but whenever I plug it in, the drives show up, then shortly afterwards disappear. It took a couple tries, but I managed to extract a few files, so I do know that it does work.
BUT my BIOS won't detect it unless I turn off secondary SATA Controllers, at which point it is counted as a boot drive and my PC won't start at all (I use an SSD for my OS).
I'm gonna try one more time, but every other time I've put the PC to sleep and woken it back up, it finds the HDD but opening any files related to it freezes my PC, and doing anything in the start menu or taskbar freezes the PC, as well as attempting to turn it off through the CTRL-ALT-DELETE menu.
So damn weird.

My midterms were quite easy but like the million papers on top of them really ate my time. At least my "job" is just talking about music in a magazine but like I have a big article due for that on friday that I haven't fully started yet because I forgot about it.
