It's something I've been writting for a long while. My goal is to explain pretty much everything. So say if I have rayguns in the setting, well who made them? Why? How?
I also have an entire history of the setting I'm writing, but all I have completed of that is a rough outline and the start of a rough draft

I'm alive.
I'm debating quitting my gym and working out at the local one. Only issue is that there is a huge lack of free weights, but this big black guy who lives in our neighborhood told me that he uses the cables and such there, and his biceps are extreme.

cables are a good alternate. easier to work triceps with too. can do a lot and the fuckers can take a beating

It would save me $33 a month that I could spend on supplements (since I only buy protein powder atm)
But not sure how I'd even proceed, I've always heard freeweights are better. Dad just told me it doesn't look like it's doing anything atm tho.
