There can be a myriad of reasons why someone hasn't had been into a relationship at over 21, unattractiveness is just one possibility among many, and except in some extreme cases this can be alleviated to some extent through personal efforts (hit the gym, get a haircut, dress nicely, etc) "Experience is valued above all else" is just plain bull. What's valued is confidence, no shit experienced people are usually more confident than those who haven't really got into a relationship yet. If you set yourself some arbitrary line like the age of 21 beyond which it's a hopeless situation for some reason, confidence isn't exactly going to surge once you go past that point. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Yeah, 21 isn't some magical number where if you haven't lost your virginity by then then you're an ugly fucker who has no chance of a love life. some people just wait longer than others, some just don't find someone until later. it's not really that big of a deal

People have work, school, a myriad of reasons keeping them busy. I can find someone later on, preferably someone who respects the fact that I am who I am and not someone who rejects that I didnt make my lifes goal to bing someone elses dingaling.
