Well, you probably don't want to watch the series itself after the Rebuild movies because 90s animation. But the series is kinda the prerequisite for watching EoE.

Why is Cirno shooting out stuff that looks like that anyways

Ask the people who made the video
I think the shading is horrible because of the gif format, but it could be because of VirtualDub, I am not sure though
Not really.
I...thought so too. This could become a problem.
You don't absolutely have to, but you really should.
Become? It is a problem.
Or well, it's not a problem for you since you have 5GB to use and all the others have 2 GB.
I have 2.75 GB, but I do use 1.4GB alone.
This.
You don't need to watch lots of series to get the gags and situational comedy.
You don't NEED. But you should.
Especially jokes that targets stereotypical story tellings, plots or something similar in anime. Sure, you probably already know of them, but they are a lot funnier if you've actually watched them and you see just how spot on they parody it.

No. You just suck.
Gif 4:

The best part about this one was the looping effect. Other than that, too generic in my opinion.
Ohh, and the fact that the loss of colors actually made the eye seem better.
And yeah, I did read that gif guide. However, I don't have Imageready, and Photoshop is kinda slow here, so I'll use it in those scenes where quality is a must
No they're unnecessary
You also need to re-size your GIF's.
I usually have them at 400 or 300 pixels in width. That way they are large enough to see clearly what's going on whilst at the same time saving kilobytes and allowing for better colour compression as there are less pixels to fill in.

Well, this is how I currenty do it:
1. Open fraps.
2. Open video in MPC.
3. Record part I want.
4. Save as gif in VirtualDub.
It's really easy and quick, but I don't know how to resize files in Virtualdub (Seeing how that's the only step where I think that's possible)
Also, they are 480 x 360, it's not that much bigger than what you recommended me
No they're unnecessary
A lot of things are unnecessary.

Read the post a bit up will you?
Nevermind, I'll move it down here.
Did you follow the instructions that are in the FPFA folder?
* Open FRAPS.
Set FRAPS to record at 23.976 FPS if it is fully animated or 12 FPS if it's in the show and it's not a very specially well animated scene.
* Open the file in MPC.
Go to View-Options, press output and check "EVR".
Only EVR, not Sync or Custom Pres.
Turn off subtitles. (right click - Subtitles, uncheck "enable") or (Navigate - Subtitle Language - check "No Subtitles")
* Record the part you want with FRAPS.
Open the FRAPS video in Virtualdub.
* Remove the parts that are before and after the scene and remove duplicated frames if any.
Export as JPEG image sequence, 4 digits, with 100 quality.
* Import the folder with the exported images in Adobe Imageready. OR use Adobe Bridge, find the folder, mark all the images, go to Tools - Photoshop - "Load Files into Photoshop Layers"
Set FPS to 0,04-0,06. 0,04 is standard for 24FPS animation. 0.06 is a smoothened version of 12FPS animation (0.08 would be standard).
* If it is a dupe in there I remove it. To get correct time, especially during talking, the FPS becomes 0,06 (makes it smoother instead of doubling it to 0,08 making it laggy). This is also to be done to the dupe frames you removed in Virtualdub. Best thing to do is to set everything to 0.06 and see where it should be changed to 0.04 or maybe some higher number.
Remove more frames if needed.
* Save animation with one of the top three optimizations in the dropout box.
If you can, have 100% dither and 256 colours. But play around with it. Sometimes dither can also ruin an image, much to do with animes plain shading styles, so fading it with dither doesn't work.
Back. Saw a dream where I was TF2's Heavy, for real. Heavy's hands were my hands. I was defending the cart as an attacker, when the minigun ran out of ammo I punched scouts and shit and threw them around but then I got a knife in my back and woke up.
Also, they are 480 x 360, it's not that much bigger than what you recommended me
That doesn't really matter. They are bigger.

Use Photoshop CS2 then with Imageready, just because you don't have it installed now doesn't mean you can't install it.
