The OVA was/is realtively hilarious. Was hoping the TV version was on somewhat the same level. But they totally fucked it over, storywise, characterwise and everythingwise.

It's... Meh.
The art is nice but it is also being used as an excuse for not drawing properly. It's quite pathetic when you see they don't put effort into drawing them right becuase "it's an artstyle, so it's ok to fuck up, lol".
I don't mind the talk. But so far for the past 4 episodes nothing of actual interest has happened. It's just a normal show trying to highlight the problems with getting in touch with the wrong guys and how it puts you into a dilemma.
