not at all. I find all those "depressing" points digsuting and almost unbearable because they're so badly made and forced
Meh, each to his own.
I'm the kind of person who cried during Clannad. So basically I'm a total faggot who finds even forced shit depressing.

so did I. But it was better executed even though some of it was forced.

So the "Abnormous Terror Field" isn't a reference to anything after all?
That's weird. It just seems so out of place in a medieval game, but whatever :buddy:

Yes do it.
It's good.

Hey guys, what's up?
Hey guys, what's up?
Anime and anime accessories
great episode
Good point, it does sound pretty evil though.
They could just as well fuck with us and it ends up not being evil at all.
But I sure fucking hope not, that would be the most terrible outcome. Sadly that makes it sound all the more possible. :v:
I just watched the ninth episode of Uminkeo no Naku Koro Ni. I can't tell if I like it or not.
I also can't understand why they would make the show invite you to try and solve the mysteries yourself when you already see the (outrageous) absolute reality in it. Battler pisses me off, too. I can't understand how [sp] He can deny the existence of magic when he's frozen in time with Beatrice and is watching his friends and family die for a second time.[/sp]
Seeing [sp]Rika [/sp] was an interesting treat, though.
Just keep watching, Battler will admit to his retardedness and make the show sound like it's going to become better and more interesting.
But the show is utter shit though. But it has it's hilarious moments too. It's so bad it's good at times.
In angel beats everyone is in a connected coma or is otanashi (however you spell his name's) imagination in his coma
if they find happiness they(or he) get out of the coma
the new darkness villan is actually death
called it.
Good theory. I doubt it, but it sounds plausible.
Except for darkness being death, even though I also get why you would think that.
Does anyone know when the angel beats Background music albums are coming out
Why would you want that? It's probably the worst part about the whole show. "Look at me, I can tap these piano tangets really really fast and seriously messy. Isn't it emotional?! AREN'T YOU AFRAID NOW!?!? CAN YOU FEEEEEEEEL THE TENSION!=?!=?!?!?!?!?!=!?!?!"
They're not in a coma, they're dead.
The afterworld where Angel Beats takes place is where young people go who have important goals that they were unable to complete before death; and think of the after life to be a second chance to complete what they were unable to accomplish in the previous life. When they have successfully accomplished their goals, they will disappear, and become another lifeform in the real world.
Most people said the plot of Angel Beats sucked, which I would disagree with. The show starts to show some good plots, I'd say that the plot was poorly executed in the short 13 episode series, but the qualities are pretty good as the show is getting closer to conclusion.
We can't be 100% sure that they are dead actually. They might just think they died when they fell into a coma. Or they are temporarily dead but can still be revived (it has happened in real life). If then this new darkness shit is death himself, then that just means they are about to lose all hope in being revived. It becomes that symbol of fighting for your life and if you're taken it means you gave up, didn't put enough effort into trying to live.
I've only heard one person that has said the plot was generic.
I like the plot but I hate the execution of it, that's what I've been saying all the time.
And as I've said the show has improved a lot over time, it's still not good, but it's no longer and eyesore and something horrible to watch. It's just become something I couldn't care less about when I watch it. I just watch it to get over with it.
Sounds kinda weird when I can talk and speculate so much about it doesn't it? It's still true though.
No, I just didn't find it that great to download 800mb for 1080p
You only say that because your internet sucks big major sweaty balls.
I don't really see the point in 1080p files myself, I have paprika in 1080 and TTGL in 720 looks way better.
Then your 1080p version of Paprika isn't really 1080p, but rather scaled up to be the same resolution as 1080p.
My monitor is actually under 1080 resolution. V:v:V
So is mine. I still watch stuff in 1080p if I can, reason being that it is above 720p.
I almost dropped Angel Beats at ep 10. Why must [sp]Yui disappear? I don't care how cheesy the ending is, I want them to reincarnate into their exact human selves and live a close proximity to each other. Knowing KEY, this ending is very possible.[/sp]
Why would you drop it so far in?
[sp]Everyone is going to disappear if Otonashi pulls it off, which he probably does. Yui was just the one he found the easiest to start with. Or so he thought at least. Who said they wouldn't reincarnate into their exact human selves? There has never been any hint or evidence to what actually happens when they disappear. Only speculations.[/sp]
I just watched all 10 episodes of Angel Beats and so far I really like it.
Shit gets really depressing at some points though.
Oh God oh man oh God oh man oh God oh man oh God oh man oh God oh man oh God oh man.
Depressing? HAH! I just don't get it how something so incredibly forced and half-assed stories can be depressed. They didn't put much effort into them at all, and the visualization is so horrible with all the most clichèst SAD/DRAMATIC effects thrown onto the footage.
not at all. I find all those "depressing" points digsuting and almost unbearable because they're so badly made and forced
